1. Acceptance of Terms

The es90 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. Use by those below this age limit is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the es90 platform. Registering more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, phone number, and active email address. You are solely responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times.
Your account password is your personal responsibility. es90 encourages the use of strong, unique passwords. You must not share your login credentials with any other party. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported a compromised account to us.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules of Use
Users of the es90 platform agree to use this service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, system manipulation, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
- You may not use automated software, bots, or any unauthorised technological means to interact with the platform.
- You may not attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the platform's gaming systems, payment systems, or promotions.
- Any attempt to influence game outcomes through unfair or unauthorised means is strictly prohibited.
- You agree not to distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others through this platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any remaining balance, and, where necessary, appropriate legal action.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the es90 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept deposits and withdrawals via supported local payment methods, including e-wallets operating in Malaysia.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. Should an unexpected delay occur, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the relevant proof of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification processes that may be required from time to time. es90 reserves the right to request additional documents to ensure transaction security. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity or in breach of these terms will be declined and reported to the relevant authorities.
Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to specific usage conditions as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Withdrawing winnings that involve a bonus may require the completion of wagering requirements before processing.

5. Liability Limitations & Account Policy
Es90 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or anticipated profits. Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming activities carry financial risk, which is borne entirely by the user.
The es90 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no express or implied warranties that the service will be continuously available, error-free, or fully secure. We strive to maintain high platform uptime, but technical disruptions or scheduled maintenance may occur from time to time.
Account Suspension & Closure
Es90 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision within these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Submitting false or misleading information during the account registration process
- Use of unauthorised software or system manipulation
- Upon request by law enforcement agencies

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the es90 platform will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
